Wright Distribution - Terms & Conditions

On receipt of your leaflets being delivered to Wright Distribution offices, storage unit or collected by us in person we will expect full payment. ie. cash, cheque or banker's draft (credit cards not accepted). You will be given an invoice and receipt, no deliveries will be undertaken until Wright Distribution has been paid in full unless agreed by us prior to taking delivery of your leaflets/magazines or any other items.

Wright Distribution will not accept liability for damaged goods or goods found to be damaged once opened or delivered. Once given to us you will be asked to check the goods and before we accept the goods you must be satisfied all goods are in brand new condition prior to delivery

Wright Distribution will not accept liability for leaflets/magazines not delivered on the agreed date due to weather, sickness or staff shortages also we will not accept claims for refunds in these events.

Wright Distribution has the right to cease your delivery for any reason and we Wright Distribution do not and will not have to give a statement to the reason why the delivery had been stopped.

Wright Distribution reserves the right to turn away any leaflets/magazines or Businesses/companies which we feel are unsuitable or in some way rude or offensive.

Wright Distribution aims to deliver each and every item to the area agreed prior to the start date, we Wright Distribution only deliver up to 4 items per household and we do not accept any liability for more than 4 items found in any household/letterbox during our working day, please remember we are not the only distribution business working in the Norfolk area on any given day.

Wright Distribution will not and does not post items in letterboxes or homes which clearly state they do not want JUNK MAIL.We also do not deliver to homes after 5 pm or before 7 am and we do not deliver Sundays under any circumstances.

All Wright Distribution staff are employed by us Wright Distribution or employed by us on a self employed basis, under no circumstances do we employ staff without all the legal requirements set out by employment law.
